Annual Nominations

Each year, our organization awards and honors the work of three industry members in the cateogries flight instruction, aviation maintenance, and aviation safety. A panel of judges selects each honoree from a candidate pool of direct applicants and nominations from around the GA community. GAA is proud to host this long tradition of honoring members of our industry that stand out amongst their peers. Below, you will find information on applying and nominating someone for one of these three categories.

December 1-20: FAA District Judging
January 1: District Honorees Announced by GAA Committee
January 2-16: FAA Selects National Finalists
January 17: National Finalists Announced by GAA Committee
January 17-31: National Judging by the Industry
February 26: National Honorees Announced by GAA Committee
